Adaptive Smart Door Access System

UX research ·  ux/ui design
At Masonite as a part of developing a secure access system for front doors, I got to work with great individuals to produce a functional prototype. I designed the product, user flows and smart lock UI to create a user-centric and adaptive system that prioritized both security and accessibility. By actively involving stakeholders throughout the design process, I ensured  the product met both user and business objectives.

While I'm unable to dive into the specifics due to an NDA, here are some insights I gained.
As the sole designer, I worked closely with the project manager and engineers, effectively managing stakeholders to ensure we gathered the right requirements. My adeptness at understanding both design and technical perspectives enabled me to bridge any gaps, resulting in cohesive and successful project outcomes.
