UX RESEARCH ·  UX design
I worked at adidas-ASU Center for Engagement Science lab as a UX researcher for Tonal formulating and analyzing effective strategies to uncover user behavior patters and inform product improvements for the TONAL home gym. Tonal is a fitness equipment system that combines cutting-edge technology with personalized strength training.

I'm unable to share specific research details due to the constraints of an NDA, but here are some insights on the research process and my contributions.

The research followed comprehensive phases✨
We started by developing a research strategy and facilitating discussions. We then recruited participants through flyers and word-of-mouth and conducted usability testing followed by extensive data analysis and product recommendations.
I created qualitative and quantitative research aimed at understanding the cognitive, behavioral, and emotional drivers of user engagement with product and experiences. We used biometric sensors to measure gaze, emotions, and galvanic skin response (GSR) to gain insights into users' preferences and pain points.

Working in close collaboration with Tonal's team was a rewarding experience; I gained valuable insights and learned a great deal throughout the process.
